Robin and me are in Toronto...

...but sadly, my USB chord isn't - so don't think I'll be able to share any pictures till I'm back (on Friday).

Anyone got any top Toronto tips? I've been once before, but was literally in the country for less than 14 hours, so my expertise is minimal.

From where I'm typing, I can see a massive revolving ice hockey player on the roof of a bar across the street. That seems typically Canadian, somehow.

I've only been to Alberta State and spent most of my time in the rockies around Jasper so I can't help. Though I too do remember ice hockey being very popular.

Awww - too bad I didn't know you were going to be visiting just north! I would have invited you and Robin to visit the great state of Wisconsin where Robin would have enjoyed frolicking with the cows, eating cheese, and drinking some fine Wisconsin beer - LOL! Hope you have a good trip.

Oooh, Toronto's a fun place. The most touristy site is the CN Tower. It provides a stunning view of the city, but I thought it was a bit overpriced. I also took tours of Fort York and the Provincial Parliament building, both very interesting. But the best thing I did there was to sail out on the lake. Well, I just let the pros do the sailing whilst I sat and enjoyed the weather. :D

Another suggestion is to take a tour of Casa Loma. I ran out of time before having a chance to see it, but my friends told me it is beautiful.

Hope you're having a great time!
